Real cops, serving real doughnuts is the motto at Cops & Doughnuts Central Precinct. This doughnut shop and bakery boasts handmade confections of all types; warm, fresh doughnuts and steaming cups of coffee to enjoy while experiencing a decorated, police-inspired interior.
Ignite Donuts | Location: 1327 S Mission St.
A newly opened cafe in the area started by three best friends at Central Michigan University. Famous for their donut kits, six warm donut holes, with a 2oz container of glaze in the center for dipping and glazing, Ignite is known for making delicious donuts.

Max & Emily’s Eatery | Location: 125 E Broadway St.
While Max & Emily’s is known for its sandwiches, its breakfast menu and assorted baked goods will keep you coming back. Top sellers include: Swiss Scrambler, three scrambled eggs, hickory smoked ham, scallions, Swiss cheese on a toasted golden croissant; B.O.B. Our community loves Ponder Coffee Company a waffle lot! This is the place for delicious specialty coffee and breakfast items; Ponder Coffee Company is a roaster and purveyor of fine specialty coffee while crafting the most delicious waffles and toasts in town. FYI – each Sunday, Ponder Coffee Company extends its waffle menu creating new concoctions inspired by seasonal fruits and flavors.

Stan’s – Downtown Mt. Pleasant | Location: 220 E Broadway St.

If omelets are your go-to first meal item, we recommend the Farmers Omelet – featuring fresh produce and hot hash browns inside.
