Who We Are

The Mt. Pleasant Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (MPACVB), or Meet Mt. Pleasant, is the destination marketing and management organization for Isabella County in the state of Michigan.  The MPACVB performs critical work to drive sustainable visitor and business meeting demand, addressing unique needs within the community, and striving to ensure local businesses and the community thrive while increasing the economic impact in the area.

The MPACVB fulfills its mission by marketing the area through events, attractions, golf, meetings, and sports groups.  The MPACVB provides sponsorships, invests in improving tourism in Isabella County through Destination Development initiatives, works with media, and advocates for tourism. They partner with local and statewide organizations to improve tourism and increase community pride.

While we are not the Mt. Pleasant Chamber of Commerce, we do share office space and collaborate closely.

Why Get Involved

Meet Mt. Pleasant connects local businesses to tourism by bringing groups (meetings, conventions, & sports tournaments) and leisure visitors year-round to the area. We act as a free marketing department for all of our local partners, driving economic growth by filling hotels and restaurants.
