Shop Downtown: Downtown Mt. Pleasant offers a large variety of shopping for the whole family to enjoy. From specialty shops to small boutiques, there is something to catch the attention of every family member. Tip: For fun crafts and unique items check out Art Reach in downtown Mt. Pleasant. Looking for more of an elegant boutique? Stop in and shop at Trillium.

Soaring Eagle Waterpark: Get ready for a day of thrills with Loon’s Loop and Otters Run, or take it easy with Gizi’s Splash and Dunk and the Little Beaver Bend at Soaring Eagle Waterpark.

Outdoor

Parks: With more than 1,000 acres of parkland, Isabella county is filled with opportunities to unplug from the hustle and bustle of life, and embrace the tranquility of a Michigan winter.

Chippewa Watershed Conservancy: Bundle up for a day of snowshoeing, winter hiking and cross country skiing at one of the Chippewa Watershed Conservancy preserves. You may even attempt to conquer the elusive mountain of Mt. Pleasant at Bundy Hill Preserve.

Deerfield Nature Park: Sled, cross-country ski, walk the trails along the Chippewa River or play a round of disc golf at Deerfield Nature Park.

Mission Creek Woodland Park: Grab your sleds, saucers and snowboards for a day on the hill at Mission Creek Woodland Park, or explore the great outdoors with a day hike.

Snow Snake Ski: Located in Harrison, 30 minutes north of Mt. Pleasant, Snow Snake is worth the trip for a day of  sledding, skiing and snowboarding.
