  • Enjoy a “Starry Night” on Valentine’s Day. In a guided painting event hosted by Art Reach of Mid-Michigan, you and your significant other can create a rendition of Vincent van Gogh’s famous painting in diptych form. The two finished paintings can be displayed side-by-side to show a continuation of the imagery. Art materials and two canvases will be provided, just bring yourselves and your favorite beverages.   • Six years ago high school sweethearts Jim and Krista Pohl opened Pohl Bison Bed & Breakfast out of their Amish-built log home in Rosebush. For a posh, yet rustic winter getaway, rooms can be rented on Fridays and Saturdays.

    In addition to the B&B, the Bison Horn Gift Shop is operated out of the home’s walkout basement and they sell various bison meat such as jerky, brisket, and summer sausage. The shop is open by appointment.
