We’ll give you a hint: You scream, I scream, we all scream for… ICE CREAM! Seasonal ice cream shops around the county re-open as the flowers begin to bloom in April. In addition to sweet treats, local restaurants throughout the city open outdoor patios and decks for diners to enjoy the fresh, spring air.
