Charcuterie 101 with SWCCMI

Learn to build your own charcuterie board with Chef Lo waters. This class is an experience, you’ll have the opportunity to try meats and cheese you typically wouldn’t. You’ll learn about pairing, placement, and design. You will create your own charcuterie board to take home! Come get creative with us at one of our monthly classes.

Seating is limited to 25 participants. Min. 10. If there aren’t at least 10 participants registered by 2/1 we will cancel the class with a full refund.

If you are unable to attend, a full refund will be offered by 2/1. If after this date, you can sell your ticket but no refunds will be available.
