Bourbon Night

Join us for a Bourbon experience! Appetizer is a ricotta, basil, bourbon stuffed shell. Main course includes a trip to the salad bar & a personal size Bourbon Béchamel Pizza. Our Bourbon Béchamel Pizza is a Bourbon Béchamel sauce topped with our four cheese blend & savory goat cheese. The Asiago & goat cheese take center stage with our bourbon sautéed mushrooms & onions. The flambé instills a rich, carmel note to the fresh mushrooms which pairs beautifully with the nutty, tangy, creamy flavors of each cheese. Fresh spinach is added as a topping to add a richness & smooth flavor. Each piece is then garnished with Bourbon baked bacon. Then for dessert we have a bourbon pie topped with bourbon apple crisp gelato! All this for $36 a person. Then you also have the option to pair each course with a specialty bourbon drink. Each specialty drink will be an extra $10. You can choose your pairing or pair each course! It’s an experience you don’t want to miss! We will be accepting reservations but are not required.
