Meet in the middle of the mitten to celebrate the most wonderful time of year at the Mt. Pleasant Christmas Celebration. This annual event takes place in historic downtown Mt. Pleasant the first week of December, and is sure to bring holiday cheer to everyone with its family-friendly activities, tasty holiday treats and festive sights!

Schedule of Events
Kick the weekend off on Friday, December 1, with the Winter Market in Town Center, and find unique gifts and crafts that will make perfect presents for the upcoming Holiday season. Kids can participate in different Christmas-themed activities at Candy Cane Lane, watch singing performances and even enjoy a hay ride as they meander through the downtown area.
Start Saturday morning on the right foot as you participate in the Jingle all the Way 5k, which also includes a 5 Mile and a Kids 1 Mile Fun Run! The race starts at 7:50am in downtown Mt. Pleasant, and all proceeds from this event will go towards Toys for Tots. To sign up for the Jingle all the Way 5k, click here.

After building up a hefty appetite from the morning run, enjoy breakfast with Santa from 9:00am until noon at Sacred Heart Parish Hall and fill up on pancakes, sausage, juice and coffee! Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children, and all proceeds benefit Sacred Heart Academy Athletic Association.
Round out the jolly-filled evening at 6:00pm with the anticipated Lighted Parade, and see Santa Clause pulled in his sleigh by Clydesdales! In addition to all of these events, kids can also visit with Santa downtown at Coldwell Banker throughout the weekend. Don’t let the cold stop you from having a good time – enjoy hot chocolate while stopping by one of the many warming stations!
