SAM RAGER (Detroit, MI)
Sam Rager has been regailing audiences with vulnerable yet sharp jokes for over a decade. Her comedic style offers audiences a charmingly dark perspective. While Rager’s playful, morbid pieces aren’t for the faint of heart, her ability to draw from personal experience allows her to connect with people on a deeper, yet sometimes uncomfortable level. She was part of Laughfest’s “Best of the Midwest” in 2019, a headliner at the inaugural Detroit Women of Comedy Festival, and recently performed in the B4UDie Comedy Festival in Anchorage, Alaska. Rager has been named a rising star in Detroit’s comedy scene by 101.9 WDET and has also been featured in Hour Magazine. Her debut album, Trigger Warning* can be heard on SiriusXM and all streaming services.
KEITH BERGMAN (Toledo, OH)
Keith Bergman has held many ridiculous jobs in his life, from record store manager to adult video reviewer to rock and roll drummer. When he got tired of carrying amps around, he added standup comedian to his resume, and he’s spent the last decade traveling the country, equally at home in dive bars and A-list comedy clubs. His sardonic observations and iconoclastic life experiences are fuel for a comedy show that’s equal parts youthful rebellion and middle-aged resignation, the story of the long, strange journey of the only dad at the PTA meeting in a death metal t-shirt. Keith’s albums, “Disheveled” and “The Goldfish,” remain popular on streaming services, and his third record, “Big Fat Dreamboat,” is slated for an early 2023 release.
