The 2023 Special Olympics State Summer Games will take place at Central Michigan University on May 31st – June 2nd. Approximately 2000 athletes will travel to Mt. Pleasant from all over the state to showcase their talents. Athletes will compete in athletics, bocce, bowling, gymnastics, horseshoes, powerlifting, swimming, & volleyball. The State Summer Games will also feature an opening & closing ceremony on Thursday evening, special events throughout the week, and Healthy Athlete health screenings.
