Happy Homecoming Friday! Here is a list of the festivities…

5PM – Parade through the Village

The 2024 Homecoming Parade is tomorrow at 5PM! We’d love for everyone to come out and enjoy it. Here are a few reminders:

The parade begins at the school in the baseball/softball field parking lot. That is where drop off is for anyone riding/walking in the parade. Every year we have a few parents that shall we say are a little grumpy when dropping off their little bundles of joy. Please be respectful of the students who are organizing the parade…they are doing their best.

The first part of the parade is considered sensory friendly, which means there will be VERY little sound. This is Campbell Street, and down First Street. Once the parade gets onto Wright Avenue, the sound will come back on. We want everyone to be able to enjoy the festivities.

The parade route is School-Campbell-First-Wright-Chippewa-Maple-Fourth-School.

Please Please Please slow down and be EXPECTING excited kids to do the kid thing and not be watching for cars.

We have about 7,000,000,000 tootsie rolls for the parade and Trunk or Treat…so be ready to catch them!

5PM – 7PM – Marilyn Chapman Memorial Fund Tailgate – this is on the practice field, just off the HS student parking lot area. It is free and will be lots of fun.

7PM – Varsity Football vs Clare – Come and support our Blue Jays in the conference game.
