The city of Mt. Pleasant invites you to participate in this annual Pumpkin Promenade where children 12 years and under can trick-or-treat around downtown Mt. Pleasant in their Halloween costumes from 4-6 p.m. on October 31st. For Arts Sake will bring some creative fun to the streets of Downtown Mt. Pleasant with activities such as painting pumpkins to sheet ghost photo shoots, face painting, and more!
