Motorcycles are staging at the former Michigan State Police post on North Mission Street across from Meijer at 3 p.m., with the procession traveling from there to Island Park with Murphy riding in a bamboo cage pulled by the lead motorcycle. The plaque presentation is scheduled for 4 p.m. at the Michigan Vietnam Veterans Memorial at Island Park.
