Mobile Boat Wash Station

Join us on Saturday, June 21st, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (weather permitting) at the Coldwater Lake Family County Park Boat Launch for a Mobile Boat Wash Station event! This free, educational event is a great opportunity for boaters and outdoor enthusiasts to learn how to protect our lakes from Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) and preserve water quality.

In collaboration with AIS Program Outreach & Education, the National Park Service (NPS), and Water Resources experts, this event will offer:

• Free boat washes to help prevent the spread of invasive species
• Live demonstrations and educational materials
• Tips on what you can do to safeguard our water systems

Whether you’re a seasoned boater or just curious about lake conservation, come out to learn, take action, and make a difference. Help keep our lakes clean, safe, and thriving for future generations!
