Felted Cactus

Looking for a fun new medium that works in 2D as well as 3D?  Instructor Pamela Raisanen will introduce you to the wonders of wool.  Wool can be manipulated to create felt, a stable medium with softness, texture, dimension, and myriad possibilities for sculptural creation.  This class will teach you how to needle felt a miniature cactus sculpture for the ultimate houseplant you can’t kill.  All supplies will be provided.  The workshop is open to students 10 and up.

The workshop will be held from 1-4 pm on Saturday, June 29 in the Idonea Hersee Classroom at Art Reach, 111 E. Broadway, Mt. Pleasant, MI.
