EcoResin Casting Workshop: Pour, Paint, & Create!

Unleash your creativity in this hands-on, eco-friendly casting workshop! Using a safe, quick-curing, water-based EcoResin, participants will learn the complete process of casting and custom-painting their very own functional art, accessories, or toys.

Whether you want to design a trendy trinket dish for your room or a colorful playset, this class offers complete creative freedom from the first pour to the final brushstroke.

Choose Your Project

Participants can select one of the following exciting project options to cast and customize:

• LEGO Magnet Set: Cast classic building bricks and fun minifigures to hold up your favorite notes and photos.
• Sunflower Keychain & Magnet Combo: Brighten up your keys and fridge with a custom floral design.
• Oval Tray: Create a sleek, modern tray perfect for jewelry or small desk items.
• Scalloped Trinket Dish: Pour an elegant, textured dish for your favorite keepsakes.
• Set of 2 Coasters: Design a custom, matching set of drink coasters to protect your surfaces in style
• Race Car Combo: Build your own custom fleet of colorful speedsters.

What to Expect in Class

1. Mix & Pour

Following step-by-step instructions, you will learn the correct ratios and techniques to mix and pour your quick-curing, water-based EcoResin into your chosen silicone molds.

2. Plan & Practice

EcoResin cures fast! While waiting for your pieces to set, you will use provided sketchpads to plan out your designs, select your custom color palettes, and practice various painting techniques on scrap materials.

3. Unmold & Paint

The most satisfying part! You will carefully demold your solid creations and use acrylic paints to bring your planned designs to life.

Class Details

• Time: Please arrive promptly at 5:30 PM.
• Age Recommendation: Ages 9 and up. Please note: Children under 13 must have an adult attend the class with them and cannot be left alone.
• Skill Level: Beginner-friendly (no prior casting or painting experience required!)
• Refreshments: You are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks!
• Materials: All EcoResin, molds, mixing tools, paints, and protective gear are provided. Just bring your imagination!
• Registration: Advanced registration is required.
