Companionship Opportunities for Hospice Patients!

This is an ongoing opportunity to match community members with patients on hospice services. We have hospice patients looking for companionship through playing games together, doing a craft, sharing in life review, or simply sitting next to each other while watching their favorite show. We have many patients located at Crestwood Village, but have other patients around the greater Mt. Pleasant area needing companionship.
