The CMU English Faculty Reading Series presents Jeffrey Bean and Robert Fanning.
Robert Fanning is the author of five full-length poetry
collections including Cage (forthcoming, 2024), Severance
(2019), Our
Sudden Museum (2017),
American
Prophet (2009)
and The
Seed Thieves (2006),
as well as two chapbooks. He is the Founder/Facilitator of the Wellspring
Literary Series and the Director of PEN/INSULA POETRY, a resource for Michigan
poets.
Jeffrey Bean is
the author of three chapbooks and the full-length poetry collections Woman Putting on Pearls (2017) and Diminished Fifth (2009).
His most recent chapbook, Ella’s Plan, was
chosen by Naomi Shihab Nye as the winner of the 2022 Poet’s Corner/Maine Media
College Chapbook Contest.
