Autumn Plein Air at Nelson Park

Artist and instructor Cheryl Meyer invites you to explore the beauty of autumn on the Chippewa River while discovering the art of Plein Air watercolor painting. Cheryl will guide you in best practices while instructing watercolor techniques that lend themselves well to plein air. Painting supplies will be provided, and all experience levels are welcome.

Participants should bring a camp chair with a cup holder or side table, lunch/snacks, drinking water, sunblock and insect repellant. Participants will meet at the gazebo at Nelson Park and select an appropriate painting area.

This class will be held from 9 am to noon, on Friday, October 4, at Nelson Park in Mt. Pleasant.
